2001年
三川凸輪工業有限公司成立，前期為專業零組件加工廠，全廠採用全自動化設備，尤其凸輪加工在業界更是頗有名氣。
2008年
投入ATC自動換刀機構的研發製造。
2009年
#40 ATC自動換刀機構開發完成，並開始產銷。
2009年
進行#50 ATC自動換刀機構的研發製造。
2010年
#50 ATC自動換刀機構開發完成，並開始產銷，產能 200台/月。
2014年
開始採購日本進口高精密加工設備。
2017年
2018年
2018年
產能提升到400台/月。
引進日本 MAZAK µ6800II 黑色特仕版臥式加工機。
